Recommended fabrics and notions for sewing a colored pencil pillow

These products can be substituted for whatever you have on hand, but here is what Teresa recommends for her colored pencil sewing tutorial:

Fabric requirements:

1/2 yd. Cuddle® 3 for Pencil Body and End
8” x 8” piece Cuddle® 3 for Pencil Tip
15” x 18” piece Cuddle® 3 Beige for Pencil Wood

Teresa will be using Digital Cuddle® Spectrum Bright for pencil, Cuddle® 3 Red (lead) and Cuddle® 3 Natural or Cuddle® 3 Latte (wood)

Notions & supplies:

90/14 stretch machine needle —SCHMETZ
Craft knife — OLFA
Fabric clips — Clover
Felt tip marker or ballpoint pen
Hand sewing needle — SCHMETZ
Long, flower head pins — Clover
Micro-serrated scissors — Karen Kay Buckley, Famore or Kai
Point turner — Clover
Polyester filling for stuffing— Fairfield World
Polyester thread —Metrosene by Mettler
Rotary cutter and mat —OLFA
