Make a star for your star!
This week, for Sew Together Tuesday, our National Educator Teresa Coates shares an outta’-this-world tutorial — how to sew a star pillow out of Cuddle® minky plush fabric (download the free pattern, here)! It’s a delightful accessory for a child’s bedroom (finished approximately 16” in diameter), or a sweet gift for a little one.

She’ll focus on teaching how to add a band between the two layers (sometimes called a gusset), which adds structure and a deep 3D look.
Once you’ve learned this technique, it can be used for any shape you’d like, not just a star!
