STT Season 11 Episode 5! How to Sew a Lullaby Quilt with Cuddle® Minky

One of our best-selling kits is the Lullaby style and it’s not hard to see why. There are two variations available in the pattern, it’s a great way to show off a favorite print and the appliqué version allows you to spotlight the design you love.  It’s fabulous! The quilt is put together, like all our quilt kits, with a simple stitch-and-flip technique, no matter which version you choose. 

This week for Sew Together Tuesday, National Educator Teresa Coates will demonstrate how you can personalize this quilt style by using your own choice of fabrics. Whether you’re looking for something with pastel flowers, bright rays of sunshine or a tractor pull, you get to pick! 

Teresa will explain how to choose the right fabrics, then will show how to sew the appliqué version (with just two seams and binding!). And if you’ve wondered about making it without batting, she’ll share how to do that, too.
