STT Season 11 Episode 4! How to Sew a Cuddle® Pet Bed

This week on STT, we're celebrating National Pet Day with a special Cuddle® Project! Join National Educator Teresa Coates to celebrate National Pet Day by making a super soft Cuddle® Pet Bed. Your favorite furry friend deserves the luxury of their own bed and we’ve got the project that is a perfect way to mark the holiday. Teresa will share our new FREE Cuddle Pet Bed pattern with an easy-to-follow tutorial and tips on making one for your very own furry friend. She’ll show how to make a banded cushion using both Luxe Cuddle and Cuddle 3, as well as some options including adding a zipper and non-slip fabric.

About Sew Together Tuesdays with Teresa and Hawke

If you've been curious about sewing with Cuddle® or honestly just intimidated, Sew Together Tuesdays is the perfect way to start. Teresa walks you through the steps in a minimum hour-long livestream that you can access on our Facebook Page or Youtube page as many times as you want after. Follow along as she shows an in-depth look at her process; she'll show, in real time, how to work with Cuddle® and how to incorporate it into everyday sewing projects. Watching Teresa work in her studio in Kansas City, Missouri you'll learn her preferred methods, her favorite thread to use, which sewing machine she works with, her stitching choices, fabric color combinations, the different pile heights of the fabrics and how to manipulate them, her favorite pins to use, clips, fabric scissor choices, and more, all in a fun, welcoming environment. Ask her questions in real time in the comment section and watch as you engage alongside an entire community of other quilters and sewists. Every Tuesday at 10am PST, 12 central and 1pm est, tune in and sew together with us! Every week is a new project and a new adventure that will add to your skillset as a sewist.
