With Halloween just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to make a Trick-or-Treat tote. Join our national educator Teresa Coates as she transforms our Cute & Cozy Cuddle® Tote into a Creepy Candy Tote!
Using reverse applique techniques and fun glow-in-the-dark thread, she’ll demonstrate how to add a little extra fun to your little one’s candy collecting. This quick and easy project can be finished in an afternoon and offers the opportunity to be extra creative with your own pumpkin “carving.”
In this week’s episode you’ll learn the techniques for adding the Jack O’Lantern face, then you can revisit our episode of Sew Together Tuesday when Teresa shows how to construct the tote bag itself. Make sure to grab a copy of our Cute & Cozy Cuddle Tote pattern.
