New pattern alert! The Love Notions Presto Tunic is here and great for Embrace!

Hi, it’s Rachel again - I’m one of the Shannon Fabrics Brand Ambassadors and so excited to share another exciting new PDF pattern that is a fantastic match for our Shannon Fabrics Embrace® double gauze! 

Love Notions Patterns is celebrating their 5th anniversary this week and has just released the fantastic Presto tunic pattern in pdf format. I tested this one and knew immediately that it would be great in Embrace®. I had two yards of this solid teal on hand, and it was plenty for a size large with ¾ length sleeves. The pattern comes with a detailed, step-by-step tutorial that comes complete with illustrations and even a link to a video if you need a more visual explanation for the placket. I opted to use metal snaps from SnapSource for the placket - I was NOT in the mood to play “buttonhole roulette” with my machine!

The pattern is on sale through March 10th and includes ladies sizes XS-XXXL; separate pieces are also included for both standard and full bust so no FBA is needed. (Measurement charts are included to help you determine what size you need and whether or not the full bust piece should be used.) The Presto Tunic is professionally drafted with front and optional back darts for shaping, and is available through instant download after purchase. I’ve got a few different prints picked up for upcoming Prestos for my mom, sister, and mother-in-law; this is going to be the perfect Mother’s Day gift for them this year! These three prints are my current favorites that I've picked out for gifts: Queen Anne's Lace in Coral, Make a Wish Metallic Embrace in Saltwater/Silver, and Believe Metallic Embrace in Cobalt/Gold. I'm sure they'll be awfully hard to part with once they're all sewn up!
