• Instagram Reels: Since early 2025, Reels can run up to 3 minutes, but shorter clips (15–30 seconds) usually earn higher completion rates and are prioritized in the algorithm.

• TikTok: While the platform now supports up to 15 minutes, the sweet spot for performance is still 30–45 seconds.

• Always add captions to maximize accessibility and reach.
