Designed with our valued customers, retailers, and wholesalers in mind, this handy feature lets you add multiple SKUs to your order in just a few clicks, saving you the time and effort of adding each one individually. Whether you’re restocking bestsellers or exploring new additions to your inventory, this tool is here to streamline your shopping experience with us. Keep reading to learn how to make the most of the quick order tool!

How to Use the New Quick Order Tool in the Shannon Fabrics Customer Portal

1) First, login to your ShannonFabrics.com account. 

2) Once logged in, click on Quick Order on the main navigation menu at the top.

3) The default page for Quick Order will be your Recently Purchased page. This page allows you to see your recently purchased items and reorder them with a few simple clicks. 

4) To add items to your cart, select the roll size you prefer (Bolt is the default for all items).

 5) Once you have selected your roll size, use the drop down to select the quantity you would like to order.  

6) The great thing about the quick order feature is that you can add multiple items to your cart at once. 

7) Here, we have added 2 bolts of C3 Red, 2 Half Rolls of C3 Hot Pink, and 2 half rolls of C3 Navy as an example. Now, we will click on Add to Cart to add all three items to the cart with a single click! 

8) Once you have added the items to the cart, your cart will appear as a panel on the right side of the screen. To continue shopping click on the X on the top right corner. To check out, click on checkout on the bottom of the panel. 

9) On the checkout page, you can review the details of your order such as: Ship-To address, Payment method, Purchase Order Reference and the selected items. (PO is optional) 

10) To edit any details, click on the Change links. 

11) To change/remove items select Change next to “Line Items”. 

12) Once you have confirmed that your order is correct, click on Place your Order to finalize your order. 

Tips & Tricks

If you decide to keep shopping instead of checking out, you can return to your cart at any time by clicking Cart on the top right corner. You can also check out from this page:

To shop items that are not within your Recently Purchased page, select “All items” from the dropdown before selecting a category on the left sidebar. 

The quick order tool also displays useful information, like if items are currently out of stock and when they were last ordered.

Quick Order will also display if you have an item on backorder already

If at any time you would like to return to the main Shannon Fabrics website, click on the www.shannonfabrics.com link. You can return to the Quick Order by clicking on the Quick Order link in the main navigation menu.
