Cuddle Duvet Cover

Written by Ellen Mickelson | Aug 27, 2015 11:00:28 AM

Hi there. It’s me, Angel from Fleece Fun, and I'm back on Shannon Fabrics blog, My Cuddle Corner, with another video tutorial. This time, I’m going to show you how to make a Cuddle Duvet Cover.

I made it for my own queen size bed and I'm in love with it. Yes, something for me.

And... Here's the exciting part--I used Extra Wide Solid Cuddle 3®! Yes, Cuddle comes in EXTRA wide!

The Extra Wide Cuddle is made with Cuddle 3® and it's about 90 inches wide. It comes in 20 amazingly beautiful colors. Especially Great for backings! (...and, here's a secret- it will be available soon in Extra Wide Cuddle Dimple®!)

Here it is on my queen size bed.

So, these are the Cuddle fabrics that I selected to make the duvet cover:

Extra Wide Solid Cuddle Baby Blue for the back

Cuddle Cakes precuts in Baby Blue Moon for the front

Isn't it just so pretty and dreamy?

Here's the video tutorial for you! Enjoy!

And, there’s more--- I made some sumptuous decorative throw pillows to coordinate with the Cuddle duvet cover. I’ll be sharing a tutorial soon here on My Cuddle Corner on how to make them! Are you ready to make something for yourself too?
