We are happy to help support communities and charities in order to give back and help make the world a softer place. One of the causes we are proud to sponsor is the One Million Pillowcase Challenge by American Patchwork and Quilting. The Challenge makes and donates pillowcases to brighten the lives of children in need.

The latest event for the challenge is being held at the Sewing & Stitchery Expo in Puyallup, Washington. Pillowcases are being sewn and will be donated to the Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. They will then will be given to the children undergoing treatment at Mary Bridge.  Mary Bridge is the Expo's 2014 official charity.

The Expo also asked show attendees to sew colorful pillowcases beforehand and bring them to the show. In 2013, 4,596 pillowcases were given to Mary Bridge!
