Happy Friday! We thought we'd start the weekend with a quilt to make you smile.  And, what better way to do that than with fabrics from Dr. Seuss!? Sarah from If Quilting Was My Day Job wrote a post on a quilt featuring Dr. Seuss fabrics, in both cottons and Cuddle. Sarah loves to make projects that make her smile:  "Sometimes you just buy fabric that makes you happy and go for it!"

Sarah used  Wonky Dots in Sunshine from the Celebrate Seuss! by Dr. Seuss Enterprises Cuddle Collection.  To see the entire collection of Celebrate Seuss! click here: Celebrate Seuss! by Dr. Seuss Enterprises.

Sarah also used cottons from the Celebrate Seuss! cotton collection from Robert Kaufman: Celebrate Seuss! by Dr. Seuss Enterprises.

Here is a detail of the machine quilting on the back.

To make this quilt, Sarah incorporated the "Turning Twenty" pattern from Friend Folks by Tricia Cribbs.

Doesn't this quilt make you happy? Happy Friday and Happy Quilting!

Cuddle Hugs,

Ellen
