How to Create The Viral Patchwork Bow with Quilting Cuddle®

Materials Used

• Quilting Cuddle® for patchwork squares and backing
• Polyester Blend or 100% Polyester low loft Quilt Batting such as Quilter's Dream Poly Select or Request, or Foam Bag interfacing such as By Annie Soft N Stable, Pellon FF79F2, or other flex foam
• Odif 505 Temporary Adhesive Spray or Glue Stick
• 90/14 Stretch machine needle
• 40 wt Polyester Thread, and Bonded Polyester Tex 35 thread
• Permanent Felt tip marker
• Rotary cutter and mat
• Micro-serrated scissors
• Clover flower head pins and/or Clover Wonder clips
• Optional: Iron heated to medium heat
• Zip tie, steel keyring cable, or plastic ring for hanging

Here are the three steps that will we will go over as part of the patchwork bow process:

      1. Make the Loop:

• piece
• quilt
• sew to backing
• sew loop together in back
  
  

  2. Make the Tail:

• piece
• quilt
• trim points of tails
• sew to backing
• turn right side out
  
  

  3. Make the Knot:

• Scrunch all parts together and sew knot shut over hanger loop.
