  • Digital Cuddle® for exterior, and binding
  • Foam Bag interfacing such as By Annie Soft N Stable
  • #5 zipper and two zipper pulls, plus bag hardware and premade straps
  • 90/14 Stretch machine needle 
  • Glide Polyester Thread
  • Permanent Felt tip marker
  • Rotary cutter and mat (Olfa) 
  • Rotary Cutter 
  • Micro-serrated scissors
  • Clover flower head pins 
  • Wonder clips 

The Knot and Thread Patchwork Duffle Bag is a pattern for a wonderfully roomy duffle bag.  It is perfect for going to the gym, overnight trips, school events and picnics!  You can follow the pattern and patchwork the outer bag with your favorite Cuddle@ scraps from previous projects, or follow the directional fabric instructions for using a single piece of fabric. Layers of fabric are quilted together, making a wonderful playground for surface embellishments, machine embroidery quilting, or even serger quilting.
