This week’s project holds an extra-special place in our hearts! It’s always a good time whenever we sew with Cuddle® minky plush fabric, but we’re taking it a step further and highlighting World Wildlife Day, too — a global holiday that celebrates and raises awareness for wild animals and plants.

Teresa will be sewing a 46" x 66" animal-themed self-binding blanket with a border (you might already be familiar with our “Frame Game” pattern), and we couldn’t think of a better fabric to use than our Hoffman Zookeeper Digital Cuddle® Panel Blue. It’s a digitally-printed Cuddle®minky fabric panel that features popular animals found in all of the world's continents and oceans!

This project is perfect for wildlife lovers and travelers of all ages, but remember, you can always mix things up and swap out the fabrics if you wish — these same tips and techniques still apply! Happy sewing!
