Retreat From Home 2020: Fall Into Sewing (& Giveaway)

We are excited to be a sponsor of a new online sewing retreat — “Fall Into Sewing”!

This retreat is being hosted by our friend Ebony Love of LoveBug Studios, and for this event, she’s bringing quilters and sewists together for a three-day sewing retreat without needing to leave their houses.

Our National Educator Teresa Coates (you know her from our Sew Together Tuesday video series) is even getting involved! She’ll be one of five instructors, and will be teaching a virtual hands-on class on how to make a fun stuffed pencil in Cuddle® minky fabric, and a techniques workshop on mixing Cuddle® minky fabric with cotton.

Creating and maintaining connections in this passionate and creative community are more important now than ever! With the majority of in-person events canceled for the remainder of 2020, this type of event is going to be a welcome break from the isolation many are feeling after being cut off from their guild meetings and shows.
