VIDEO: How to Sew a Throw Blanket & Free Throw Blanket Pattern

This week, as part of our LIVE Sew Together Tuesday series, our National Educator Teresa Coates revisits a fan favorite as she shares her tips and tricks on how to sew a super-cozy luxe throw blanket!

What you'll need to sew a throw blanket

Here is what Teresa recommends for sewing a Luxe Throw:

• 4 yards of Luxe Cuddle® or 2.5 yards of Luxe Cuddle® Mirage 80" 
• 90/14 Stretch needle (we recommend SCHMETZ)
• Art knife - optional (we recommend OLFA SAC-1 snap-off blade knife)
• Coordinating polyester thread (we recommend Mettler)
• Fabric clips (we recommend Clover Wonder Clips)
• Flat flower head pins (we recommend Clover)
• Rotary cutter with a fresh blade (we recommend OLFA)
• Stiletto (we recommend ByAnnie Stiletto)
