How To Sew: Cuddle® Minky Fabric Animal Buddy Blankets (bunny and kitty baby blankets)

It’s always fun to sew baby blankets. They are cute and quick to make. And, when they are made in Cuddle® fabric, they are even sweeter and softer! Sew4Home created a tutorial for two different baby blankets, a bunny and a kitty-- so adorable!

We love the Sew4Home tutorials. They're detailed and have great step by step images. Sew4Home designed this sewing tutorial so you could choose to make either the bunny or the kitty blanket. And, you can make them in so many different prints and solids- it's really up to you!

Each has two layers of softness-

... and a stuffed animal head and ears in one corner

The blankets finish at 15 inches square.

So cute!

Other notions and tools used include: Pellon ShapeFlex, POLY-FIL by Fairfield World, Embroidery Floss from DMC, Smart Iron from Oliso, Omnigrid® cutting mat from Dritz. The blankets were sewn on a Janome machine.
