Just Imagine by Sweet Melody Designs

Written by Ellen Mickelson | Jun 3, 2016 11:00:29 AM

I am so proud to announce my VERY FIRST fabric collection, 'Just Imagine', by Sweet Melody Designs, for Shannon Fabrics! I just debuted the Just Imagine collection at spring quilt market 2016.

At Sweet Melody Designs, I am most inspired by my two young children and I started drawing because of them and the desire for my little ones to have a cute nursery. I love creating things that are "nursery-worthy."  You can find me at Sweet Melody Designs, an online shop for custom nursery art.  I started designing nursery art and now I’m happy to say that I have designed my first fabric collection for Shannon Fabrics!

Here are some images of my collection in the Shannon Fabrics booth at quilt market:

So, a little bit about my very first fabric collection.  Just Imagine is a new collection of whimsical characters, some of which you'll also find in my art prints.  The designs are simplistic yet unique and add the perfect adorable touch to a nursery.  There are elephants dreaming on the moon, woodland animals in hot air balloons, animal ballerinas, along with arrows and shooting stars - all with my whimsical touch.

My designs are featured on Cuddle®: There’s Big Reader, Dream Big, Let’s Explore and Tutu Cute...

One of my favorites is Dream Big Cuddle Blush

and also Dream Big Cuddle Baby Blue

My designs are incorporated on Embrace® double gauze cotton: Be Loved, Flower Crowns, Little One, and Tiny Dancers.

And, my designs are also featured in Shannon Fabrics Cuddle quilt kits. Lullaby Cuddle Kit Lucky Star BlueLullaby Cuddle Kit Lucky Star Blush Lullaby Cuddle® Kit Be Brave and also Fabulous 5 Cuddle.

I'm also super excited about my brand new Sweet Melody Designs for Johanna Jo™ Swaddle 3 packs- These are packs of three finished swaddles- two pattern and one solid. The packs are: Embrace,  Embrace Swaddle 3 Pack Blue Stars and Embrace.
